Born in Catalonia with Canarian, Argentine, and Mallorcan roots, Yaiza brings a rich multicultural perspective and a profound connection to the sea. She holds a degree in Biology and a Master's in Marine Conservation, with experience in marine research, environmental education, and activism. Her participation in a round-the-world sailing expedition from 2015 to 2020 deepened her commitment to integrating communities into conservation efforts. Currently, Yaiza leads the Sa Dragonera Blava project, blending marine regeneration with social engagement.
