A true global citizen with a deep connection to nature and an enduring love for the ocean, Mari took her first dive in Croatia in 2008 and has been captivated by the sea ever since. She balanced her university studies in Sweden and the Netherlands with a Divemaster role in Croatia and participation in various global social projects.
Holding a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a specialisation in working with children and youth, Mari initially pursued a career in this field. However, the irresistible call of the ocean – a constant presence in her life – led her to leave her job and travel, immersing herself once again in the blue and pursuing her true passions related to marine life.
